Registration

Registrations for Coastal Zone Canada 2014 will be processed through a secure online platform with one of the following credit cards only: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

We will accept wire transfers but the registered delegate will be responsible for any additional fees to process such payments. If you need to wire your registration fees, please contact CZC2014@agendamanagers.com.

* Community and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are entitled to one registration at this rate. These organizations may register additional delegates at the regular Conference rate. If multiple people from your organization register using the Community / NGO rate we will follow up for full payment at the regular rate.

Regular/Student/Community/NGO Registration includes:

  • Access to all plenary and concurrent oral and poster sessions for CZC 2014 and the BoFEP Fundy Science Workshop
  • One ticket to the Opening Reception
  • Possibility of purchasing one Oceans Gala Dinner ticket at a reduced rate of $60
  • Three lunches
  • Coffee breaks
  • Delegate bag and Conference materials

Daily Registration includes:

  • Access to all plenary and concurrent oral and poster sessions for CZC 2014 and the BoFEP Fundy Science Workshop for that day
  • Lunch for that day (except Thursday)
  • Coffee breaks for that day
  • Conference materials for that day
  • Entry to the Thursday morning closing session

 FIELD TRIPS AND SOCIAL EVENT

Pre-registration is required at time of registration for all field trips and the social event. Please note that 15 May was the deadline to register for field trips. Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel field trips or excursions that do not meet minimum participation limits and will refund those who have pre-registered for one that is cancelled.

Should you need to purchase additional social function tickets or sign up for a field trip after you have registered, please contact Agenda Managers at 1-902-422-1886 or email CZC2014@agendamanagers.com.

Official Receipt
Official receipts will be sent to delegates via email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided for Conference registrations cancelled in writing and received by Friday, 30 May 2014. A cancellation penalty of CAD$55 will apply. After this date NO refunds will be possible.

After registering, if you are not able to attend the CZC 2014 Conference, we encourage you to send a substitute attendee. You may substitute at any time, even onsite at the Conference. There is no additional charge for a substitution; simply email CZC2014@agendamanagers.com.

Onsite Registration
Onsite registration will take place at level 100 of the Halifax World Trade and Convention Centre on:

  • Sunday, 15 June 2014 - from 3 pm to 7 pm
  • Monday, 16 June 2014 - from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Tuesday, 17 June 2014 - from 8 am to 6 pm
  • Wednesday, 18 June 2014 - from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Thursday, 19 June 2014 - from 8 am to 9 am
