ACCOMMODATION

All conference accommodations are on the UBC campus as there are no hotels that are close to the university. The UBC accommodations include a full range of accommodations from suites, to hotel rooms, to residence rooms, and hostel accommodation. Even the most expensive accommodations are reasonably priced given the location in Vancouver, and the residence or hostel rates are great for those on tight budgets. A range of accommodations have been set aside for conference participants.

To book accommodations at Gage Towers please call the housing line at 604-822-1000 or via email at reservations@housing.ubc.ca.

Other accommodation options can be found at Tourism Vancouver.
